Who We Are
Michaels Drinks Delivered was created during the COVID-19 pandemic and while the world has been evolving and adapting to change, so has our business. Over the past 20 years we have been providing local communities our services through our stores based in Alvaston, Chaddesden and Tutbury. In March 2020, we adapted to change and expanded our business online to provide a local delivery service to our customers during the first lockdown. This was initated through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. We gained a fantastic response and our services were greatly appreciated from our customers, especially those who were vulnerable.
Our Story
As our business has grown, we decided to further expand by creating a website on which customers can view our extensive selection of Beers, Wines, Spirits and Champagne from around the world with ease. We have a range of delivery options; same day, next day and 2-5 working days so we can provide customers with a flexible, contactless, quick and reliable service. All our deliveries are sanitised, clean and packaged in delivery crates to avoid contact from packaging when arriving at your doorstep. We are compliant with the Government’s COVID guidelines in maintaining social distancing and wearing PPE including face mask and gloves when delivering.
Delivery terms
Customers placing orders by 3pm will be entitled to same day delivery at a cost of £3. Charges for next day service are £2 and customers can select a time slot of delivery in our checkout. Our 2-5 working day delivery comes at a small charge of £1, again customers can choose a selected day and time slot for delivery for when best suited. All orders over £100 come with no delivery charge.
